Payment Policies

serve you with our outstanding e-commerce service! Here are some tips on how to get
uninterrupted service from your cart by keeping current with your payment information.
Remember that we have a 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee, so contact
us if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Charge Calendar: We charge your card on the first of every month for the coming month's service. If you upgrade during the middle of the month, your upgrade set-up charge is the same as the monthly charge for your new service level. The balance of the current month is covered in this service charge. Regular monthly charges will begin on the first of the next month. Non-Payment: If your charge does not clear on the first of the month, we will e-mail you, asking you to login to your cart control panel, click on 'Billing Me' and update or correct your credit card information. Optionally, you are also allowed to enter alternate credit card information, and if for some reason the first card does not clear, we will automatically try the second card, if provided. You may get one or more such e-mails between the first and the tenth. We will always send you at least two e-mails before suspending your cart. Suspension: If payment has not cleared after 10 days, your cart reverts to the features of the FREE cart which means that advanced features you had subscribed to will not work, you can accept VISA and MC only as payment, and your cart not provide many features specific to your paid upgrade level (see our Pricing Page for more information). Deletion: if your payment still has not cleared after the 20th day, we mark your account as 'deleted' which simply means that your cart will no longer accept orders. You will still be able to login to your cart control panel to re-instate your account, and we stop trying to charge your card and we stop sending you e-mail updates on our system (on the assumption that you may have gone out of business). Reinstatement: Reinstatement of your advanced features is entirely instant and automatic (it happens in less than 20 seconds). Simply log in to your cart control panel, click 'Billing Me' and update your payment information. You will be charged a full month's fee at that instant and your cart will be re-instated. You do not need to ask us to restore or reset your cart's to the advanced features you had before - it's done automatically and instantly when you save your 'Billing Me' page with updated information. You can do this even after your cart has been 'deleted' and is no longer accepting orders. |
