ACCOUNT ABANDONMENT AND DELETION
800Cart
/800Cart/Oakland Group, Inc.
gives priority to active merchants who are actively engaged in  selling their products online.  If you do not have sales or site visitors who actively shop your site at least once every 60 Days, then we regard your site as inactive or abandoned.  To ensure fair treatment and good database performance for our active customers, we may delete your data if your account appears inactive or abandoned.  We reserve the right to delete accounts and/or  data that appear unused for longer than 60 Days.  This preserves database performance for merchants who are actually using the system.  No notice is given if this is done.  If you have a site that is not used frequently, then once every month, or once every 60 days, you should visit your web site and 'purchase' one of your products, simply depositing that product in the cart (you do not need to check out).  This will update the 'date-cart-last-used' date in our database an prevent your product data and/or cart from being deleted.
